Muvi.com launched as online database for Indian Movies

Bangalore: Muvi.com has been launched as an online platform dedicated to bring the detailed information on Indian Movies across languages to movie lovers across India. The website was launched with a database of 5000 movies and till date, they have been adding significant number to it, reports Alootechie. Since its launch, the site has attracted more than 200 unique visitors per day. The company claims that there is no movie database sites in India. Anshuman Das, Co-Founder, Muvi.com, said that with lots of movies sites in India, but none is a comprehensive source to find movie information such as Trailers or posters, information on old movies and the list of upcoming movies of a start, and many more. The site offers review on the latest releases through aggregating and averaging the reviews of the prominent critics and movie related messages from Facebook friends and Twitter using a proprietary 'Social Relevance' technology. This technology records the movie related messages on Facebook and Twitter.
