Ratan Tata is constructing a house in Mumbai where he will reside after his term as the chairman of the Tata Group. The unnamed house has a very elegant view of sea, is a three-storied house located opposite Colaba post office. The house is divided in seven levels and has an infinity pool at the top. With a total area of 13,350 square foot, has a living room, a kitchen, a study and a bedroom on the ground floor. First storey up, every floor has two levels. The bedrooms and other rooms are on level two. The first floor has a sun deck which can accommodate around fifty people, a bar and barbecues. The second floor comprises of three bedrooms, a living room and a library. The third floor has a sophisticated media room, a bedroom and his personal gymnasium. The second level has a swimming pool, a lounge and a sun desk. The basement of the bungalow has a servants' quarter and parking for 10-12 cars.
