BenefitPlus Acquired Koovs.com

BenefitPlua acquired Koovs, BenefitPlus, Koovs. The New Delhi-based company BenefitPlus that provides a 360 degree solution that includes a ready to go internet and mobile enabled platform, catalogue sourcing and management acquired Koovs.com in June this year. Koovs.com is an e-commerce site founded in December 2009 by Manish Tewari, Rajesh Kamra and Amit Shukla, and deals in dining, luxury, technology, entertainment, utilities and several others. Through the acquisitions BenefitPlus planned to foray into the B2C e-commerce space.
