Manu Agarwal, Founder & CEO, Naaptol.com “The main learning from my first venture was to be persistent. The times may get tough but your day will come, so never give up, and a persistent entrepreneur will never fail.” As many first time entrepreneurs, Agarwal made a mistake of not focusing much on the finances, which led to the cash flows being messed up.

“Being the first venture, everything was done from scratch. I went to the office of the Registrar of companies, got the form and filled it all up, but when I went to submit the form, it was rejected as the same had to be done in Marathi. We went outside the court, got it translated and submitted the form again, without even knowing that it could all have been done easily through a consultant,” adds Agarwal.

Manu Agarwal is the Founder & CEO of online comparison based social shopping portal, Naaptol.com. Prior to this, he had founded ANMsoft Technologies and Design Expo Network.
