Managing energy is more important than managing money. For this, first understand your body and mind, which tells you that you are distressed. Try to understand the body sensations and how your mind is working at any given time. The more distressing body sensations tell you that your body and mind are going too fast and need to apply a break. When there is a sign of pain or stretch in any part of the body, it means that you need a break and should relax.
If you get irritated easily then know that you are mentally stressed by some or the other reason. These are signs, which explain that your body and mind are distressed. When your body or mind tells you that you are going too fast, just reduce the speed and relax. When the symptoms disappear, put up the gear and start working. it is better to focus on a single task rather than putting your brain and body in twenty different tasks and wait for your body to tell you that this is too much!
