Saad Hariri

Saad Hariri, Entrepreneur, PoliticianThe Saudi-Lebanese billionaire entrepreneur Saad Hariri served as the Prime Minister of Lebanon from 2009 to 2011. He graduated in 1992 from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. He then returned to Saudi Arabia and managed a part of his father’s business in Riyadh. Today he has a net worth of $2 billion.

After his father’s death, Hariri inherited the helm of the Movement of the Future. He is also the leader of the March 14 Alliance, a coalition of political groups born out of the Cedar Revolution. His party won 71 seats National Assembly and on 9 November 2009, Michel Suleiman appointed Hariri as the new Prime Minister and succeeded Fouad Siniora.
