The French cosmetic giant, Liliane Bettencourt is the second richest woman worth $20 billion. She inherited all the wealth from her father Eugene Schuellerm, the founder of L'Oreal. The 88 year old lady was sensationalized for the family scandal. Her daughter and her successor Francoise Bettencourt-Meyer, petitioned courts in the year 2008 to explore the $1billion worth cash and gifts which her mother was assumed to have been giving to Marie Banier,62, well-known photographer, writer and painter. She was a good friend of Liliane.
