Satyam, Actuate sign regional partnership agreement

HYDERABAD: Satyam Computer Services Ltd (SCSL) has signed a regional partnership agreement with US-based Actuate Corporation, to help organizations in the region to enhance their business intelligence initiatives using solutions developed by the latter.
Satyam has also trained and certified 20 consultants to provide Actuate pre-sales support and services delivery to customers across the region and plans to increase the number, a SCSL release said on Wednesday.
Satyam and Actuate centre of excellence will be established at the former's global solutions centre in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, which currently has 24x7 access to Satyam's global knowledge repository and can be leveraged to deliver cutting edge solutions to customers across the globe.
Satyam and Actuate will collaborate in Asia Pacific region including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thaliand, it added.
