Refreshed Apple iPods hits India

Bangalore: Finally, Apple lines up their refreshed version of iPods- iPod nano, iPod touch, iPod shuffle and iPod classic in India. These revamped gadgets comes with varied added features like extended memory, sleekness and volume controlled buttons. The fourth generation new iPod nano is sleek with a thickness of 6.2 mm and flashes a bigger screen enabling comfortable video viewing. Priced at 9, 700 (8GB) and 12, 500 (16 GB), the device also features playlists automatically created from the user’s music library. Enabled with the accelerometer iPod nano automatically switches to Cover Flow or shuffle, on being rotated or shaken. Infact, the new range also comes with user friendly features like Voice Recording and Spoken Menu for the visually impaired, which requires an Apple in-ear headphone with mic. While iPod touch features thin contoured metal design with a multi-touch user interface, 3.5 widescreen volume control buttons, built in accelerometer and other advanced sensors. It comes with a price of 15, 100 (8GB), 19, 100 (16 GB) and 25, 000 (32 GB). The 120 GB iPod Classic is available for 15, 400 in the hues of black and silver. And the iPod Shuffle can be availed in three vibrant colors with storage capacities of 1GB which is priced at 2, 700 and 2GB at 3, 800.
