3. HTC vs. Apple
It is the time for revenge for HTC. It has filed a suit on August 15, 2011 in the U.S. District Court in Delaware claiming that Apple has infringed on three of their patents. The list of the said products is extensive; it ranges from personal computers, mobile communications devices, and wireless printers, streaming wireless capable television, wireless network equipment portable digital music and video players. Hence nearly everything that Apple produces allegedly infringes on the patents of HTC.
