Now more options for Google non-English readers

New York: Google news which collects news from all over the world and aggregates it for its readers is going a step further and customizing its news site for non-English readers. Krishna Bharat, Googles distinguished research scientist said that the non-English readers can also personalize the news with stories closely matching their interests.
Google publishes its news in nearly 72 editions and in 30 languages. Along with personalizing, Google will enhance the speed at which the stories get delivered through a variety of mobile and non-mobile devices. The new model will be much faster and the experience will almost be like watching a TV.
The site draws news from about 50,000 sources around the globe. Google prioritizes the news based on the companys algorithm which checks the originality of the story, timeliness, quality of the source and other factors that determine the overall quality of the story.
