The entire process depends on timely delivery of the service. There is no scope of error. They follow a proper time management system. Every morning by nine, they collect all the tiffins and accumulates in specified places where the sorting of the tiffin is done according to the color code and is delivered to the concerned person much before the lunch hour. As soon as the lunch hour is over, the whole system reverses back and the tiffin box is delivered back to its respective home before six in the evening. May it be crouching summer or Mumbai monsoon; they never fail to deliver their task on time, which has helped them survive for such a long period.
