MP Govt. hands $208 Million order to HCL
New Delhi: HCL Infosystems, Accor Services and Virgo Softech formed consortium has bagged an order from Madhya Pradesh government worth $208 million. The order is for setting up food-coupon based public distribution system. The order will require the consortium to set up a model of food and civil supplies distribution in Madhya Pradesh, based on the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) guidelines. Spread over 6 years, the company expects over 10 million transactions per month (at 10.98 per transaction per family), taking the order value to about 856.44 crore.
