He created his first website at the age of 10, began programming while still in middle school, and started contributing to Netscape soon after it was open-sourced. He also founded Parakey, a user interface designed to bridge the gap between the desktop and the web, which was reported to be purchased by Facebook. Ross is the author of Firefox For Dummies, and a Director of Product at Facebook.
