Too many Back-up Advices
It is always good to get advice from experts, but getting too many opinions may delay your decision process so long that your startup does not get out of the kick off phase. The solution to this problem is to build a strong advisory board that you can tap on a regular basis without their interruption in the day-to-day activities. Instead, have a weekly or most rarely, a monthly meeting with your advisory board and see that how the work is done much ahead of time or atleast on time.
