Microsoft's new open source tool to detect multiple platform projects
Bangalore: Microsoft and Global Gateway Innovation Exchange have come up with an open source management tool named 'NPanday' that can be used by developers to monitor multiple platform projects. "We are determined to continue promoting open collaboration because this is one way that we are contributing to the overall growth of the software industry and Filipino information technology developers," said Arnie Locsin, Platform Strategy Manager of Microsoft. The interoperability strategy will guide about the making of their products and programs and how they work with other information technology organizations to facilitate information to the developers which will enable them to build across systems. The Commission on Information and Communications Technology and the National Computer Center has partnered for the open source interoperability laboratory in the country.
