Microsoft's New CEO To Face Tougher Challenges

The dull market reception for the latest Microsoft products also added up the misery. Microsoft’s gaming console-Xbox, tablet-surface RT, and the operating system-Windows 8 got only lukewarm receptions as the combined revenue made just less than 5 percent of the company’s overall market share.
