Micromax Unveils Octa-core Processor Phone For 12, 999


BANGALORE: The Haryana-based Mobile handset manufacturer, Micromax unveils its new Octa-core processor phone ‘Canvas nitro A310’ at 12, 999. The Phone will be available on the online shopping website Snapdeal.com.

Commenting on the launch Vineet Taneja, chief executive officer, Micromax said, "It has been our constant endeavor to listen to Indian consumers for better understanding of their ever evolving needs. The Micromax Canvas A310 comes with a Media Tek octa-core processor clocking a speed of 1.7 GHz with a 2GB of RAM. It sports a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels and runs on the latest version of Android Kitkat 4.4 OS. On the storage side, it gets an 8 GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB with a micro SD card. Pictures can be clicked with a 13 mega pixel camera on the rear and a 5 mega pixel front snapper.

This dual sim phone is available in white and blue color options. The Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. Additional features on the A310 include lock screen notifications and gesture controls. A 2500 mAh battery powers the phone providing 10 hours of talk time.
