Meet The Executives Involved In Microsoft's Massive Reboot



Terry Myerson:

Terry Myerson, former Windows Phone Division chief, will now be the executive vice president of the Operating Systems group. His prime responsibilities will be to oversee the strategies and development of operating systems.  Myerson and his team are responsible for building the software platform and experiences that are showcased in Windows, Windows Phone and Xbox devices worldwide.

During Myerson’s stint leading the Windows Phone Division, the group won multiple awards for its design and innovation.

Prior to that, Myerson led the Exchange team for eight years, during which time it became the one of world's most popular business communications system.

Myerson at the age of 21 founded Interse Corp, a web software company. Interse software helped customers analyze their website activity in order to make better business decisions. Eventually Myerson joined Microsoft when the company acquired Interse in 1997.
