Slough: Logicalis, an international solutions provider has launched Tier 3+ facility, its 10,000sq.ft high density data center (HDDC). The new datacenter will provide made-to-measure hosted and managed services to support hyper-virtualised computing, storage and networking technologies to the customers. According to Tom Kelly, MD of Logicalis UK, this new data center will allow organisations to exploit a new era of game-changing high density technologies, without financial or operational risk, and in an environment optimized for stability and availability. The HDDC is serviced by major carriers, including dark fibre services for customers that need very low latency or high data volume services. The HDDC, designed for maximum flexibility, power and environmental efficiency, offers 4, 8, 12 and 32kw rack options throughout. It enables customers to locate low and high density systems together driving convergence and reducing costs.
