LG Lotus - LG's new designer phone

After launching phones for different consumer groups, LG has now launched its first designer phone for the fashion conscious - LG Lotus, which boasts of a fold-out QWERTY keyboard. Designed by fashion stylist Christian Siriano, the clamshell handset comes in luxurious colours like purple with embossed flowers and satin black. It measures 3.3 x 2.4 x 0.7 inch and weighs around 3.7 ounces. LG Lotus Offers one-click, customizable user interface for easy access to texting, Web access, email, Sprint Navigation, Sprint TV and Sprint Music Store. Other features include a 2-megapixel camera with camcorder, Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity and music player with external controls. The phone comes with memory capacity of 12GB with a microSD slot. LG Lotus will be available exclusively through Sprint from October. It is expected that the phone will be available for $149.99 with a two-year mobile phone contract.
