4.  Right to freedom of religion:  Although India is considered to be a sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic republic. Some religions do suffer from the religious torture on the everyday basis. On such major incident happened in 1992, when the Babri Masjid was destroyed by the Hindu mob at Ayodhya, as the Hindus believed that the Mosque is built on the birthpace of Lord Ram and a temple was there on the site were the Mosque is built. In 2002, 58 Hindus, returning from pilgrimage were burnt alive, by the Muslim mob this incident was also referred as the Godhra train burning. In 2000, the Baptist Church of Tripura provided the NLFT with arms and financial support and encouraged forced conversion and murder of Hindus. During the Kashmir insurgency Islamic militants have murdered and forcibly changed more than 400,000 Kashmiri Hindus. After which many innocent Muslim Kashmiris were killed by the Indian military.

5. Cultural and Educational rights: The paisa study on elementary education says that inference is aimed directly at children as only 6 percent of total investment of education is spend on  elementary education for furnishing free notebooks and uniforms. About 78 percent of the education budget in India is spent on the teachers and management.  Only 1 percent is spent of improving the quality of education in the country.
