Kanakia Spaces implements 'In4Suite'

Bangalore: Bangalore-based In4velocity Systems, a real estate and property development software firm, announced that Mumbai-based Kanakia Spaces, a player in the real estate industry, has implemented its ERMS application, In4Suite, across its various construction projects over the period of six months. The overall deal value is expected to be above $100,000. In4velocity's Enterprise Resource Management System (ERMS) application, In4Suite, is an end-to-end solution for real estate and property development firms. One can automate the business processes right from land acquisition to engineering, from purchase to sales and from rental to property management. Some of its key features include milestone-based project planning, online integration with major accounting systems, reporting and analysis, integrated knowledge management application, online certification and generation of bills, material and inventory management, integrated construction management. It further incorporates interactive messaging through its unique In4Messenger service."
