Founded in 1995 by married couple Sehat Sutardja and Weili Dai, along with Sehat’s brother Pantas Sutrdja, Marvell Technology is a producer of storage, communications, and consumer semiconductor products. the company went public in 2000.

Sehat and Weili graduated from the University of California, Berkeley. Sehat has been the President, CEO, and Co-Chairman of the Board since the founding of the company, and is also the Director of Marvell Semiconductor. Weili served as the company’s Corporate Secretary, Vice President, and a Director. Since 1999, she has been the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Communications Business Group. She has also served as the Executive Vice President and a Director of Marvell Semiconductor.
