Food security needs to be handled carefully. It can soon turn into a conflict regarding, who will have access on resources like land and water for instance, will Coca-Cola have access to water for bottling plants or farmers will use water for cultivation. Issues like fertilizer subsidies will also evoke some conflicts. The trivial farmers have the least access to water and worst soil, so these security bills can only be meaningful, if they turn things in favor of these farmers.

The questions regarding the common resources and the right to access them is what needed to be handled by the Food Security Bill. As biofuels are produced as clean energy, it will slowly reduce grazing lands for herds. There will be shortage of place to park the livestocks due to lack of land and source of green vegetables and medicinal plants will also be at risk. The Food Security Bill also needs to tackle the strategy to ensure food security during changes in climate. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change reports, climate changes will severely affects Africa and South Asia, majorly in rain fed area. So the question arise how to we tackle global warming and yet have adequate supply of food. Food security is questionable because contaminated drinking water, sanitation facilities still continues to sicken them and ultimately the die of diarrhea and they are unable preserve the nutrition they get.
