InnovizeTech Ropes In Former Dell India Sales Head As VP Sales

Pune: Pune-based software product company, InnovizeTech Software, has strengthened its management team by inducting Ranjit Nambiar, former Dell India Sales Head, as VP sales and Avinash Sethi, who is the Director of Seed Enterprises, as Chief Marketing Officer. The company has also roped in two of the Indian Angel Network (IAN) members Rajan Anandan and Rehan Yar Khan, on board as Advisors. The induction of Nambiar and Sethi, is a move to give a thrust to the sales and marketing of Innovize Tech’s patent-pending cloud-based solution Sapience.

Previously, Nambiar was working with Dell India for six years, where he rose to the positions of India Head, S&P and Transactional Services Business. He has over 16 years of experience in sales and growing business in the large enterprise segment, including Top Global 500 organizations.

“My energies would focus on building and leading a top notch Sales team. I would personally drive adoption of Sapience among large enterprises. With its capability to generate significant gains in work output at companies, Sapience has the makings of a star software product from India,” says Ranjit Nambiar, Vice President Sales.

Sethi has 15 years of experience, and has had stints at Tata Consultancy Services and Intel. He established the Indian operations of InfoBeans, followed by the UK and Pune offices. He is also one of the Directors at Seed Enterprises, a newly established fund with an objective to seek high-growth investment opportunities in software products in the emerging markets. Sethi says, “At InnovizeTech, I intend to build strong partnerships with customers by gaining insights into their needs. We don’t want to just sell a product, but wish to be a partner in growing revenue and increasing profit for our customers through our innovative solution, Sapience.”

InnovizeTech was co-founded by serial entrepreneurs, Shirish Deodhar, Madhukar Bhatia, Swati Seodhar, and Hemant Joshi. It has recently raised 4.5 crore in series A round of funding from Seed Enterprises. It also saw an investment by Indian Angel Network.

On the induction of the new members, Shirish Deodhar, Co-Founder and CEO, says, “We are entering a string growth phase now.
