Yusuff Ali is the managing director for EMKE Group (Lulu Hypermarket). He is ranked as the 40^th richest Indian in the list. He hails from Thrissuram, Kerala and settled in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. His uncle was running a business under the name EMKE Group of companies; Yussuf Ali joined his uncle’s business in 1979. Gradually, Ali developed import and a wholesale distribution of this group. Later in 1990’s, he launched Lulu Hypermarket and at present, EMKE Group is operating in three continents.
