2. Hyundai Vs Maruti Suzuki
The battle on wheels started back in 2011, after Hyundai Motors launched their new entry-level car, Hyundai EON. The launch of EON flared up the age old Japanese-Korean war once again.
Hyundai claimed EON to be the new trendsetter of India and said that EON is better than any other car in the following category. This got a knot on the nerves of the Alto’s maker, Maruti Suzuki and gave birth to a serious battle between the two manufacturers.
3. Samsung Vs Micromax
Not so lately, Samsung came up with a series of ads where a group of young lads and ladies were shown boasting on their Samsung phone. In those ads, the group of Samsung phone users taunts the other phone users with a punch-line, ‘Aapke paas nahi hai, Uncle?’
Later, Micromax released their own series of ads where the commercials started with a similar tagline to Samsung. Even the script, central themes and the background of the Micromax commercials looked similar to Samsung’s commercials.
