Indian companies showering jobs overseas

Bangalore: Indian IT companies, eyeing the talents overboard, are on a spree to offer jobs to thousand of foreign professionals. With the current skill shortage in the country, the companies in turn are on a lookout for better productivity through this option. While opting for this alternative to fill in the gradual decline in talent, the companies are also expecting greater business prospects through these new brains. Despite the hefty package to be given out, the new ideas and innovation through them are likely to make it more productive. Moreover, it also expected that similarity in culture would give in to more foreign customers, as the comfort level will be boosted. The IT firms are more inclined towards it as with the incoming of the experts in the organization, it shall be equipped with better techniques and which shall be spreaded throughout its employees. Amongst top ten outsourcers, companies like TCS, Wipro and Cognizant occupy a significant place thus, indicating that they have employed a great mass, more than their requirement. Around 12 Indian companies have given out billion dollars worth job opportunities in U.S. Moreover, the companies based abroad are more inclined for the move since it would take time for the Indian professionals to stay long or get a green card. Apart from these there are other reasons like improved world-class facilities are obtained, innovative ideas find more place and ofcourse the competitiveness accelerates.
