Indian American Millionaire Charged with Domestic Violence
The attack reportedly occurred at 10:30 a.m. in his Rincon Hill home. The court documents state that he even threatened to kill her along with various physical tortures that she faced. The documents added to the fact that Chahal was angry when he found out that his girlfriend was holidaying in Las Vegas with another man.
Chahal's attorney, Stuart M. Gordon has told newspaper reporters that the charges of this are “overblown”. Gordon has stated that Chahal’s girlfriend provided the SFPD photographs showing unblemished complexion. He claims that he has not seen any videos of this violent act.
This is not the first time Chahal’s girlfriend is being subjected to physical tortures; she has been a victim of domestic violence earlier in July. The actual video provides a frightful picture of the attack, prosecutors said.
