i-flex Q3 net up 33%

BANGALORE: Software product and service provider for the financial sector, i-flex solutions has posted a 32.9 percent increase in profit after tax to Rs 48 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2004 as compared to Rs 36.09 crore, posted during the same period last year.

Total revenue has increased to Rs 249.43 crore for the quarter ended on December 31, 2004 from Rs 181.19 crore in the corresponding period last year, representing a growth of 37.66 percent.

i-flex also informed that the company's Board has allotted 7,650 ESOP equity shares of face value of Rs five each to the applicant employees of the company.
