i-Flex allots warrants to GE Capital

MUMBAI: I-flex Solutions Ltd has said it has allotted 395,529 shares as warrants to GE Capital Mauritius Equity Investment, a designated affiliate of General Electric Capital Corporation. The company has also allotted 92,970 equity shares to eligible employees or director who have chosen to exercise their options under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS), I-flex informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
