Bangalore: HTC sensation is facing a serious issue with their model. The device holders have issues regarding the touch screen losing the touch sensivity. It stops responding to the input given while using, especially with the lock screen in the mobile. The users undergo this problem within few days of usage. HTC is keeping mum about this issue faced by the owners. HTC support suggests that resetting of phone as it is a firmware bug, but this process doesn't solve the problem. Xda developers, the largest Internet community of Smartphone/tablet enthusiasts and developers for the Android and Windows Phone platforms, has the 65 page thread on this problem. Many users have posted about the problems with the handset even after replacing it. Some of the users have replaced the handsets for around 3 to 4 times but still the problem prevails. Few reports say that the problem is with the camera interface. The phone restarts whenever a snap is taken. As the bootloader is locked, the device owners are not able to customize the ROM to fix the issue. Previously the Wi-Fi problem used to be there and if this is going to continue the HTC phone's sales will go down. So what measures should HTC take to solve this issue?
