How to pick a CEO for your Startup?
After screening the resumes, try to prepare questionnaires suitable for each candidate depending upon their background. You can better judge an individual with his or her past performances and can predict what he or she can do for your kind of organization. Frame the questionnaires with five "w", i.e., when, why, where, who and what; and attach a "h" i.e., how to it. You can even ask them to give examples and tell explain about a certain circumstance by providing instances. Conduct interview with multiple interviewers to avoid biases.
