“One thing which makes me lose my cool is when clients ask to extend the credit period. A deviation of 6-7 days from the agreed time of credit is fine, but I would not prefer more time than that. Also, if a senior executive acts like a normal employee who has to be motivated and taken care of all the time, I tend to lose my cool,” says Deepankar Biswas, Director, OfferGrid.

He feels that entrepreneurs should work at a place which helps them think, be it a café, or a park, or a lounge. “The key is to be away from the work environment and not let the operational inefficiencies creep in. You can even officially let the world know that you are on leave, so that you can work with full devotion. Entrepreneurs should find a lean time which works best for them. If we have a release or an online feature to go, me and my co-founder work during the 8.30-12 p.m. slot, where we are the most productive,” adds Biswas.
