But half an hour of Yoga and Pranayama (breathing exercises) at home not only relaxes the mind but is very helpful. The restriction of the bronchial tubes gets very much compact. The capacity of bronchial tubes expands to a certain extent after a while and if followed religiously with a positive approach, it could eradicate asthma from the roots forever!
