Govt to hire IT, finance experts to strengthen PPP cells

New Delhi: Asian Development Bank (ADB) has invited applications from IT and finance experts to strengthen the public private partnership (PPP) cells, which is being set up in the five central ministries under the technical assistance program.
"Multilateral lending agency has invited applications from consultants on the behalf of the Central Government for the posts in five Union ministries," ADB official told reporters.
ADB needs 18 consultants to be placed in the central ministries, which include Road Transport & Highways and Shipping, Civil Aviation, Urban Development, Tourism and Railways.
The consultants will help the government manage, coordinate and implement various PPP projects, the ADB said while inviting the applications from the consultants.
