Bangalore: Google had unveiled its +1 button in March, 2011. Now they are rolling out the button for third party web sites. Google was working on the button for long and finally at Google I/O conference, they have previewed it. Google has confirmed that the button for third party will be launched within this week and also at the conference they demonstrated how the button works. The new service is like the Facebook "Like" button. In the conference Google said that the web sites will be able to add the +1 buttons in different sizes. They can also tie the buttons into their own site logon system to know which the pages the users access more are and to keep a record of it. To install the button, code generator can be used by users. The button generation form has few basic tweaks to customize the look and feel of the button like size, language, URL to Include, JS Call Functions and shows real time preview of the button. The buttons will be available in 'Small', 'Medium' & 'Standard' & 'Tall' sizes with and without the +1 count. When sufficient people will have the +1 page on their site, users will be able to use Google's analytics system to see different data like the the age and sex of people who are recommending particular pages.
