Advance Light Helicopter:

ALH is a multi-role, multi-mission helicopter in 5.5 tonne class and it is completely designed by Hindustan Aeronautics. This helicopter is designed in a way so that it can be used by both military and civil operators. It is also designed to perform both utility and attack roles. With a twin engine configuration, this ALH allows continued flight virtually throughout the flight envelope. This ALH includes a number of advanced technologies namely Integrated Dynamic System [IDS], Anti-resource Isolation System [ARIS], Full Authority Digital Electronic Control (FADEC), Hingeless Main Rotor, Bearingless Tail Rotor, and Automatic Flight Control System to name a few, reports the HAL Website.
