Institute of HRD to host HR Summit in Bangalore

Bangalore: The Institute of human resource development (HRD) is organizing the Bangalore HR Summit 2009 on December 18 and 19 at The Leela Palace in Bangalore. The theme for this event - conducted mainly for HR professionals - will be 'Innovation in HRM.' Human resources management is constantly evolving to fine tune itself and enhance its effectiveness in organizations. Now, managements expect greater participation of HR in the formulation of business strategy and its successful accomplishment to achieve the business objectives. In order to make it happen HRM function has to focus on innovation to unleash the creative potential of HR to come out with more effective solutions for human capital management.
