IIMC students are known to leave the institute as managers of time, energy and resources. They walk out with confidence to work anywhere in the world with an ambition to become global leaders. IIMC provides each student with ample opportunities towards all round development. The word complete seems right while describing an IIMC graduate.

In India MBA is considered a golden ticket to the world of professional success. A degree from a leading B-school such as IIMs or the ISB ensures a plum job, a fat pay packet and a successful professional life. The survey recorded that ISB offers an average salary of 1, 00,000, while IIM-A offers 67,000. The amount is 30,000 for IIM-B and 28,000 for IIM-C with the average years of work varying for the various institutes. The percentage of female students in IIM-A, IIM-B, IIM-C and ISB were noted to be 15, 20, 12 and 29 respectively.

However, there is a worry about international student enrolment in the Indian B Schools. The report suggests that "Many of Asia's business schools lack in international student enrolment, causing concern among employers who are looking for graduates to work in a multinational environment."  The percentage of international students in IIM-A is 1 percent, IIM-B is 10 percent, IIM-C is 3 percent, and ISB is 5 percent.
