4.Responsibility
Bosses have to take on a tremendous amount of responsibility. Firstly, they're responsible for making their dream a success. That's a lot of hard work. Secondly, they're responsible to their investors (that includes families who have invested their future in them). Marketing and advertising is another responsibility. They have to be sure all these wheels are turning all the time. The biggest challenge will be to think in terms of managing a function - getting things done through other people - rather than doing everything yourself. The job is to manage the assets assigned to you so that your department's goals are reached.
