5. Lack of recognition and feedback
When individual accomplishments that deserve praise and rewards are ignored, the morale of the employees deteriorates which will undoubtedly bring down the productivity. It should be noted that not every manager provide quality feedback at regular intervals which inevitably impacts their growth chances. There are many who leaves the job due to lack of adequate recognition and rewards and when they feel that their management doesn't help them with proper feedbacks to grow in their career, they choose to walk away.
