Mountain View: Frost & Sullivan, the Growth Partnership Company, honored recipients of its 2012 Growth, Innovation & Leadership Awards, along with the HCL Customer Excellence Awards at presentations held Tuesday, September 11, in San Jose, Calif., at The Fairmont San Jose. 

The consulting firm recognizes companies in a variety of regional and global markets for demonstrating outstanding achievement and superior performance in areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer service, and strategic product development. Industry analysts compare market participants and measure performance through in-depth interviews, analysis, and extensive secondary research in order to identify best practices.

Frost & Sullivan presented the Customer Excellence Awards in partnership with HCL on Tuesday during a luncheon presentation by Frost & Sullivan's Global President and Managing Partner Krishna Srinivasan, and HCL Executive Vice President and Global Head of Sales and Practice, Engineering and R&D Services Sandeep Kishore.

The Excellence in Growth, Innovation & Leadership Awards Banquet was held Tuesday evening and was preceded by a 60-minute CEO Roundtable. During the session, chief executives from selected companies discussed the most pressing issues facing their companies and industries today.
