Facebook to launch Facebook Credits

Bangalore: Facebook  has announced that it's going to introduce a new payment tool, Facebook Credits. This will be available for developers from July 1.  The new tool will be rolled out in 13 countries in Asia, Latin America and India too. The payment options are supported by Live Gamer, a micro-transactions solutions provider.
Through the new tool, developers will be able to buy virtual currency and virtual goods in their Facebook apps. Facebook supports PayPal, MOLePoints, Moneybookers, Western Union QuickPay in India.   However, Facebook Credits does not allow payments in Indian Rupee. A minimum of 50 credits have to be purchased for $5(
