"Facebook for every phone app"- unveiled

Bangalore: Facebook recently launched a new application called "Facebook for every phone app". This is indeed good news for the Facebook users who do not have a smart phone. The "Facebook for every phone app" can be used in almost 2,500 mobile phones. The application caters all popular Facebook features like News Feed, Inbox, and Photos. Apart from these features, one will also be able to upload photos and find friends from their mobile handset.
Without much hassles the application can be downloaded from m.facebook.com. Once it appears on the page, it can be scrolled down to download the link or it can be just installed by entering d.facebook.com into the mobile browser. The application also offers free data access for 90 days.
Facebook has joined hands with Aircel and Airtel carriers to offer free data access of 90 days for the Indian mobile users. The application is now available globally on any Java-enabled phones. The company is also working towards making this app compatible as more handsets are emerging in.
