Facebook Buys Indian Startup 'Little Eye Labs, Deal Rumored At
93 Crore
Founded in 2012, the startup was into building a software tool to analyze the performance of apps on Android software platform. The data on users, power consumed and the memory taken by the apps can be easily analyzed with the assistance of the tool. Little Eye Labs started offering their service initially in April 2013, with the debut launch of the tool.
Kumar Rangarajan , CEO of the startup commented on the acquisition that “This has been a fun and exciting journey. We're eager to be working alongside the incredible team at Facebook, and together, we'll continue on our mission of building awesome analysis tools to aide in the development of brilliant apps.”
With concrete professional experience by working with top companies like Apple, IBM, HP and Yahoo, the company was founded by Giridhar Murthy, Kumar Rangarajan, Satyam Kandulan and Lakshman Kakkirala.
