Shaun of the Dead:
Combine dry humor of the British with America's fascination with zombie- voila - you get one of the best horror comedies of all time. Released in 2004, it's so brilliantly implemented that the gags are more or less set in within the film, more than shooting out of the film, so that it remains funny every time. But it is the British delivery of the humor that makes it funny. The best thing about the movie is how well it works as a character-driven movie as well as a zombie movie.
