NEW DELHI: Customer service and contact software firm eGain Corporation said on Friday it would develop its Pune business unit as a global hub for all technical and non-technical functions. The company is also keen to tap the Rs 600 crore customer service market in India to popularise its solutions, an eGain statement said. eGain was hopeful of reaching its revenue target of $4million by introducing new advanced software products during this year in the Asia Pacific region, it said. eGain, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the US-based eGain Communications Corporation, has over 40 software installations across the country and employs over 130 people. The company's Pune operations are among the largest global hubs in e-service space.
