e4e announces acquisition of Absolute Quality Inc

BANGALORE: e4e Inc. and Vinciti Inc. announced the acquisition of Absolute Quality Inc., a US head-quartered technical support company. Absolute Quality has operations in Hunt Valley, Maryland and Glasgow, Scotland. This acquisition is part of an overall strategy to fuel the rapid growth of Vinciti Inc., a Managed Technical Service Provider, based in Santa Clara, CA with operations in Phoenix, Arizona and Bangalore, India. Vinciti is a wholly owned subsidiary of e4e. Last year Vinciti acquired the Technical Support operations of Jamcracker Inc. in the US. Vinciti provides end to end Technical Support and Infrastructure Management Services and this acquisition expands the customer base, delivery capability and global footprint. The company has been renamed Vinciti AQ to reflect the collective strengths and values of both companies. “e4e’s focus areas include Technical Support and Infrastructure Management Services and Vinciti AQ will be our engine to achieve market leadership in these areas. Stephen Muirhead, Founder and President of Absolute Quality, has been named the President of Vinciti AQ Inc. and will be joining the newly constituted Vinciti AQ Board.
