BANGALORE: e4e Inc. and Vinciti Inc. announced the acquisition of Absolute Quality Inc., a US head-quartered technical support company. Absolute Quality has operations in Hunt Valley, Maryland and Glasgow, Scotland.

This acquisition is part of an overall strategy to fuel the rapid growth of Vinciti Inc., a Managed Technical Service Provider, based in Santa Clara, CA with operations in Phoenix, Arizona and Bangalore, India. Vinciti is a wholly owned subsidiary of e4e. Last year Vinciti acquired the Technical Support operations of Jamcracker Inc. in the US. Vinciti provides end to end Technical Support and Infrastructure Management Services and this acquisition expands the customer base, delivery capability and global footprint. The company has been renamed Vinciti AQ to reflect the collective strengths and values of both companies.

“e4e’s focus areas include Technical Support and Infrastructure Management Services and Vinciti AQ will be our engine to achieve market leadership in these areas. We are committed to Vinciti AQ’s growth and have set aside significant capital to enable Vinciti AQ’s expansion - both organic and inorganic. This acquisition enables the company to be a powerful global player with an expanded senior management team and global delivery capability” said Somshankar Das, the CEO and President of e4e Inc.

Stephen Muirhead, Founder and President of Absolute Quality, has been named the President of Vinciti AQ Inc. and will be joining the newly constituted Vinciti AQ Board. Stephen is an industry veteran and brings extensive cross border management experience. “We are delighted to have Stephen on board and count on his global experience and industry leadership to launch Vinciti AQ to the next stages of growth and market dominance” said Murrali Rangarajan, COO of e4e Inc. and a Board member of Vinciti AQ.

Vinciti AQ will have delivery capabilities across three continents. The company provides Managed Technical Services, end to end Technical Support for product vendors, ISVs, service providers and enterprise IT helpdesks; Infrastructure Management, and Testing Services. Vinciti AQ brings significant process improvements to the delivery of these services by using technology and industry specific best practices. The company enables customers to focus on their core business – creation of the product and delivering those products to their customers - by offering specific outsourced solutions for all other aspects of the product life cycle.

Stephen Muirhead, President of Vinciti AQ said, “We are committed to becoming the provider of choice for companies looking for Technical Support, Infrastructure

Management and Testing Services. Our unique business model allows us to simultaneously focus on emerging and small companies as well as established large customers. Some of our solutions are tailor-made for fast growing, younger and venture backed start-ups while other services appeal to established larger organizations. We remain true to our intention to achieve customer delight and to contribute to their success in their markets.”

Vinciti AQ already has marquee clients across all geographies – SonicWALL, Microsoft, Cadence, Sony, Texas Instruments, and NetScaler to name a few. In addition, the company provides support for some of the largest consumer electronic product and communication service providers.
